Frequently Asked Questions

While our ultimate goal is to roast our own coffee in-house, we currently work with third-party roasters to help create the products we offer. This helps us deliver the best product possible while ensuring ethical practices are being followed. We have performed extensive testing and sampling so that we can offer consistently high-quality roasts to our customers.

All coffee we sell has tracible origins to confirm that it was ethically farmed using organic farming practices.
When you make an order through our website, you should receive a confirmation email. Sometimes email filters can mark new email addresses as spam by accident.

If you didn’t receive an email after making an order, make sure to check your spam folder.

If you created an account, we also recommend checking to ensure you entered the correct email address. You can do so by clicking here.

If everything looks correct, and you still have no confirmation email, please contact us directly, and we will confirm your order and provide you with any additional info.

This means that the coffee we offer has been farmed according to the rules and regulations of organic farming. That includes growing our beans without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.

We have the appropriate paperwork and industry labels to confirm this is accurate.

As a Midwest company with deep ties to local farming, it’s very important that the people who grow are products are paid a livable wage.

One of our core goals is to continue working to create a better market for coffee farmers.

Because we purchase our coffee through other roasters, our coffee is not currently directly traded. However, it is our goal to form direct relationships with coffee farming communities so that we can create lasting relationships while ensuring they have everything they need.
